A question we sometimes receive in the pharmacy is “How do I refill my prescriptions online?” Refilling online can be quick, easy and most importantly it will save you 10 percent off your order, which really adds up over time!
To help answer this question I have put together a walk-through of how to use our website. Of course if you still have any questions give us a call and we will gladly walk you through it! Also, if you have any suggestions of how we can improve our website please post a comment and let us know. We are always trying to make our website better and easier to use!
Step 1: Visit www.hotzepharmacy.com, and select “Refills” in the top right-hand corner.
Step 2: If you are a new customer click on “create your order now”, existing customers please log-in with your e-mail address and password. If you forget this information you can call us and we can give it to you.
Step 3: If you are a new user please enter your information, if you would like your order to be shipped you can either use your billing address for your shipping address by clicking the box, or you can enter a different shipping address. If you would like to pick up your order click the appropriate box, then click next.
Step 4: This will then take you to the “Prescriptions” tab. Here you will select what medications you would like to refill. For example if you would like 1 month of 0.5 GR Thyroid you would complete your order as shown below. You can use the comments box for many things, including strength, prescription number, coupon codes and gift cards, or special instructions (i.e.; Call when ready.)
Step 5: You will then enter your credit card number, or if you are picking up you may select to pay by check. Your credit card will not be immediately charged. We process each order individually, and then they go to several check stations. Orders are not charged until they reach the last step, which is our shipping department.
Step 6: Hooray! You have placed your order once you have gotten to this final screen! This screen serves as your order confirmation and means we have received your order and are working on it! If you would like your total please type “Call with total” in the comments field as explained in step 4.”
